"He's now president for life. President for life. And he's great. I think it's great. Maybe we'll give that a shot someday."
- President Donald Trump, referring to China's President Xi Jinping
Dear,
They are all simply parroting that CNN FAKE NEWs story.
Did you bother to read them before googling up those links. That is the way the crooked MSM works.
(man, some of you are so desperate to believe anything but the facts)
BTW, you can hear the audience laughing uproariously as Trump makes the remark... in case any of you TDS sufferers still think he was serious.
But then, the deranged liberals still haven't gotten over Reagan saying during a microphone check, "I have just signed an order making the Soviet Union illegal. The bombing starts in five minutes." They're still squealing over that one. The Trump one will probably last at least as long, in their minds.
Trump is too stupid to joke, the man has no sense of humor. While I agree he is unintentionally hilarious with his dimwitted remarks, I don't think this was any attempt at humor, as Trump is a pathological liar (documented and confirmed) and a demagogue who riles up his low information base with angry screeds against anyone who is critical of him (i.e., thinking and educated people). Whether this was just more red meat for the droolers who support him or not I cannot confirm.
But that won't stop his loyalists with trotting out their weary "But he was just jooooookking!" excuse, which does have a measure of truth to it, as your President is, indeed, a joke.
