There isn't a hole under a jail deep enough.

My bet is AG Sessions won't do it.
He thinks its the voters job to remove them from office through elections.
He may be right legally.
That would never stop the Dems from doing it on one of their immigration issues, as we've seen.

Hell yea.

Not actively helping is one thing.

Working against ICE is another thing altogether.

Maybe.

Nazis charged people hiding Jews, but people still took the risk. Many churches in US are sheltering illegals knowing they might have to pay the price. Sometimes you have to do what you think it right in your heart.

Now I understand.

If someone shoots your wife in a car jacking and seeing the police come down the street looking for the perp it's only freedom of speech if I warn him of the police heading his way?

So well thought out.

Yes, but since there hasn't been so much as a whisper of such from the A.G. I don't ever see it happening. After all, all the political partisanship is only a smoke screen. All the (D)s and (R)s are on board together. It's them against us subjects.

If I knew of criminals who were being sought that lived in my neighborhood, and I tipped them off to a raid to apprehend them, I would be locked up for obstruction of justice.

What makes her any different?

Being in US illegally is a civil infraction, not a crime, so you would not be charged with obstruction of justice. There could be "aiding and abetting" charges thought. See (United States v. Rubio-Gonzalez, 1982; United States v. Cantu, 1977)
