Its always fascinating to see Asians always being ignored in all these articles. Never mentioned. Like Asians dont exist in California.

White is used as euphemism for wealth in these articles. Asians dont exist and class is conflated with race.

What the agenda of Yahoo is? They are owned by some of the most powerful and wealthiest people in America. They dont care at all about struggles of ordinary people. The real goal is to drive a wedge between people based on race. Distract people while the ruling elite laugh all the way to the bank.

They can't keep them out the way white people keep minorities out of neighborhoods, using wealth and gates, so protesting is what they can do.

What happened to gangs anyway? The hood is going soft.

Maybe hipsters can drink their Soylent in Watts.

Property taxes are actually kept low in CA due to prop 13. Taxes in CA on property are actually lower than in Texas . This is why their are a lot of people that bought their home years ago at a fraction of the price are not likely to move to a lower cost state .

Prop 13 was passed by voters in 1978.

In addition there is strong rent control here for any structure built before 1978 .. so that covers most of Boyle heights since it’s an older neighborhood.

This is why the complaints of people being pushed out of their homes is nonsense . Hispanic homeowners in the area especially have benefitted from housing prices going up with the general market going up and especially nearby in downtown la .

And no minorities live in gated communities ? I don’t think you can just drive up to Kanye’s mansion in Calabasas .

Do you realize most whites in L.A can’t afford to live in gated communities ? Most can barely afford rent .

What do they expect when the Racist Democrat governments throughout the nation, promote black genocide and somehow have the black community all in on the plan, because they are kept in ignorance.
New York - 2x's more black babies were aborted, than were born.

The government has convinced them to always be the minority, so they can be used as pawns.

It is a disgrace!

Texas is in the motion of removing property taxes all together.
They are looking to transfer that cost to a VAT, so everyone has direct skin in the game, with no one getting a pass. There will be no winners and there will be no losers, to complain about.

The white = wealthy mentality is ignorant . Most whites in L.A struggle even if they have advanced degrees and “good jobs” .

It’s like saying every black person is a high school dropout and welfare .

Very interesting . I know the property taxes is one thing that keeps people from moving to Tx from CA . Although many Californians have moved to Texas .

How would that work for investment property . If you lived in CA but bought property in TX to rent out?
