Already happening...

L.A. asked for $3 million for community policing. The DOJ said no. Some fear it's a sign of what's ahead.

Actually... there's something called the Supremacy Clause which Brown and the AG will not talk about.
Already stopped a $1M payment which was upheld. A million here, three million there, adds up. This state is already bankrupt.

California politicians are acting like they rule a nation.
These idiot progressives are breaking the law. They themselves have become criminals.

"Justice" still won't be served according to how you want it to. Not giving money doesn't equate to enforcement.

Theres also a ton of settled law around this dealing with forcing states to enforce laws, and what conditions are required to withhold monies. The Supremacy clause is not being discussed at all because it isnt the topic. The feds can create laws-but then its up to them to enforce them, not the states.

The lawyers making money will be California lawyers, and they will be paid by California. The DOJ lawyers are salaried with unlimited resources.

California is going to lose, even if they prevail. In the end the only thing that will matter is public opinion. And California will not win that.

That's your interpretation, not facts. CA may not be discussing it but the FEDs are.

The FEDs will win this and that's a fact no matter how hard you click your heels together and wish.
