A joke of a platform. The only thing honest about their platform this year is that they want to raise taxes by a trillion dollars as a beginning.

Odd, how they are now proposing a trillion towards infrastructure.

The rest is nothing but one-liner political phrases that are vague.

So, glad that President Trump platform is big, juicy tax cuts and he has a detailed but common-sense agenda to Make America Great Again.

-$1 trillion dollars of tax increases of business and taxpayers

Taxes are already way too high and Democrats want to increase them another trillion

-Bolster America's Small Business

More like smother them with red tape, taxes and $15 an hour minimum wage with mandatory paid vacations.

-Strengthen Buy America

But the late-show late night talk show liberals make fun of tariff's that would create new jobs. They mock President Trump for wanting more high-quality products that are made in America.

-Improve Public Safety

Many Democratic cities in America have some of the highest violent crime in the entire world.

-Ensure Taxpayer Resources Are Well Spent

Yep, more federal debt under Obama than each President from George Washington to George Bush and nothing to show for it.
Taxes are not too high on the 1%.... come on man.....we are 20 trillion $$ in debt. I support a lot of what Trump is doing but not the tax cuts. We have a huge infrastructure problem which needs to be at the top of the agenda and you need the revenue to pay for the improvements.

Republican platform:

Lower capital gains tax and corporate income tax to 0%
Force people to own guns
Ban gay marriage, and force gays back into the closet
Eliminate minimum wage
Eliminate EPA
Ban abortion in all cases
Make the Southern Baptist Church the national religion

See, making things up goes both ways......
Run up the deficit
Do away with banking regulations
Support candidates that are child molesters
...

Oh, wait.

Democrats unveil 2018 platform: 1 trillion dollars of tax increases, public safety, ensure resources well spent
That would still leave taxes lower than what they were a month ago, which was low.

We did not need this tax cut. No need to hike up the debt unless absolutely necessary.

" Cutting revenue"

The SAME was said about the W. Bush tax cuts and the fed took in MORE revenue then any time in history.

So, I guess I will wait and see BEFORE going off half coked and making baseless "predictions"

Many have NOT done so well lately in the "prediction" department.

President Trump hand a fantastic infrastructure solution. Where the federal government was going to give 20% and the city or state would pay the other 80% of the cost.

States and Cities if they really want infrastructure can always raise taxes or deeper into debt.

LAWL.

This was same as the Democrat's Tax & Spend Plan of 1984.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSlRmfeYD-A

This was the result of that campaign.

I encourage the Democrats to go with it.
