The man in charge of the database was Jared Kushner.
Prince had a big reason to push to get Trump elected. This was more than just getting his sister Betsy DeVos appointed to push her religious nut job ideas on the American education system.

Feinberg is a new player in this. So I looked him up.
As partner with Erik Prince, it is highly likely Feinberg is part of the equation.
