They don't have to do that. They admitted she was a token minority hire until 2012, and publicized her as such. THAT'S when they lied: in 2012.

I just want to point something out here as well, for people who claim to be against AA since it's "racist"; the fact that Warren got hired should make you guys happy, because the best person got the job, regardless of skin color. Let that sink in........

She WAS an AA hire until Harvard lied about it in 2012. Before then, they touted the fact that she was "Native American" and Harvard Law's first faculty "woman of color."

Lily-white Warren a "woman of color." Did anyone actually buy that?
