Keep in mind that this man was not a random killer: he was specifically targeting prominent black families. Where did he get that from? If he was homeschooled, that narrows down the possibilities to family, likely church, or radicalized on the internet.
Austin is a city of 800,000 people, 68% are white, 8% black and 35% Latino (can be of any race). Statistical probability of a random targeting would be that whites would be the primary victim of any truly "random" attack, while blacks would be the least likely victims, other than Asians. Hence, the fact that the initial victims were black represents an improbability to be a random attack. In other words, that would imply some sort of targeting of black people or black organizations. You are correct, however, in that law enforcement has not SAID this, but they don't need to.
Your assumption is based off of too small of a sample size. The demographics of the killed/injured of being three blacks, two whites, and one Hispanic, though falling over the standard deviation range of 2.00 of chance, the sample is too small to project the assumption without further evidence, and the short fall is one person to conclude the standard deviation to be under 2.00.
So without further evidence, mathematically, your claim is false.

I know lots of people who homeschool their kids. Their ideology is to actually educate their kids in math, science, history, etc. etc. instead of filling their minds with the drawing of unicorns, rainbows, having public pajama day and gay sex.
Otherwise, it's a good day to read that the bomber blew himself to bits. No more killings and no lengthy legal trial and jail sentence. It's a win win for us today.

Not uncommon for Christian evangelicals to home school.

Hahaha Bernie guy. I see 4chan, infowars and similar outlets already have started dissimninating their fake news. They always say that killers are Bernie supporters and registered Democrats. It always ends up being false but the lies keep spreading for a while.
