Remarkable statement from Tillerson spokesman: Sec State wanted to stay in his job, was “unaware of the reason” for his firing and has not spoken to Trump about it.
Am I the only one who find it cowardly when a boss pawns off the termination duties to his underling?

Apparently Rex Tillerson has not been informed by Trump directly. Like I said. Spineless.

At the time Tillerson was a good choice... despite the warning signs he was an independent agent. At some point though you either get on board with the agenda or you walk, like Cohn or get fired.

It's pretty simple. Imagine constantly disagreeing with your boss, refusing to fire dead weight or hire needed people and then get caught out calling your boss an a-hole. How long you think you're going to last? Seriously?

Tillerson was insubordinate and he got fired. It's pretty cut and dry.

You can't claim that 1193 nominations are being held up, when 1193 nominations haven't been made.

I didn't claim that.

Trump is treating the presidency like a reality TV show. It's what he knows. He's gone on record that he likes pitting people against each other and watch them go at it. He loves the chaos. His supporters don't know any better and don't care since they voted the reality TV guy into the most important job in the country.

He didn't "call in sick" Friday & Saturday in Africa, as MSM reported, for nothing.
He got FIRED Friday, by Trump.

It seems to be a screwy timeline. The White House is apparently claiming that Mr. Tillerson was informed last Friday that he was to submit his resignation. However, yesterday, Mr. Tillerson was in the news for his condemnation of Russia concerning the poisoning that occurred in the UK:

https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/12/polit...ack/index.html

From the link (again, yesterday, Monday evening):

"In a Monday morning call with United Kingdom Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, Tillerson discussed the attempted murder of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in the English city of Salisbury, according to a State Department statement."

Now, I am just saying that it appears unlikely that Mr. Tillerson would be informed, on the 16th, that he must either resign, or be fired, and yet on Monday, the 19th, he was making phone calls to the UK government in his position of Secretary of State.

However, as I said, the timeline is somewhat convoluted.

Truly amazing to watch our government implode right before our eyes.

Last two dignified members out in one week; Tillerson and Cohn.

Mark my words, as the government collapses the dotard will declare martial law in an effort " to create calm". It will be for "our benefit".

Sure, Don the Con. Sure.
