As for ISIS the UK Defence Sretary Gavin Williamson stated only last year that British ISIS Members would be hunted down and killed and that the RAF had been given a list of target for it's drones.

If by "we" you mean the U.S., then "we' do do "it."

There have been lots of people denied entry to the U.S. due to their political views.
