I think the kids have well learned that lesson. That said - such denigration should not have been coming from a professional politician.

I can't believe what some of the people here are saying about these articulate kids. This girl, for example, cut her hair off after the mass killings at her school. She said she no longer had time to fuss with her hair. It was a mourning thing.

It was stupid of that Maine politician to say anything, especially about a kid. He should have challenged the message not the messenger no matter how misguided she might be.

Absolutely not. All she's done is being married to our President. And so many Dems were delighted when Sarah Palin was crucified only because she had that horrible (R) after her name.
