I think he s just transferring money from bank to bank before Mueller gets those records.
It s a desperate act by a desperate man;Trump Jr., who still hasn't quite digested that his daddy has actually raised him for a life in prison, may think if he transfer s all the laundered , dirty money to his wife as they,"go their separate ways," it will be waiting for him when he gets out , what ever is left after she takes care of the kids as they are" their top priority."

She is smart to divorce him before he s convicted of --Crimes against the United States in cooperating with a hostile foreign government to influence the election s in the United States of America.

The Trump name will always be associated with treason.
Every Judge he places will have that taint on them too.
And the evangelicals that don't care that he s a lying adulterer(oxymoron), will have their turn to pay , too.

Just goes to show how stupid they all are.
They've been able to run their cons and whatnot for years because everything was more or less private and didn't fall under public scrutiny.

Why any of them thought that having the sort of spotlight that being president would shine at them would be a good thing, is totally beyond me.

Hubris definitely goeth before a fall.

"Vanessa Trump hired a criminal defense attorney to represent her in her divorce from Donald Trump Jr. just as special counsel Robert Mueller subpoenaed the president’s family business, The Post has learned.
...
“It’s a curious choice if it’s an amicable separation,” Manhattan family law expert Bonnie Rabin said of Vanessa’s attorney.

“If it’s an amicable situation, you wouldn’t be highlighting the criminal aspect,” noted Rabin, who is not involved in the case."

A criminal defense attorney? What?

Why would one need a criminal defense attorney in a divorce, particularly an amicable one?

The article says that she has hired "White Plains, NY-based lawyer David Feureisen."

I did a quick google search on him and his law firm (Bartels and Feureisen). While it is true that he handles criminal cases, he also handles matrimonial cases (divorce and pre-nups), real estate, and estate work. He seems to be an all-round kind of attorney, not just a criminal attorney.

Here's how his law firm describes itself:

Bartels and Feureisen, LLP practice areas include General Civil and Criminal Trial Practice. Commercial, Contracts, Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Personal Injury and Matrimonial. The number of attorneys at Bartels and Feureisen, LLP is 4.

So, yes, it's correct that he part of his practice includes criminal law, but he also handles divorces and other types of legal work that might be helpful to someone with a lot of financial assets. So, I don't think this is any big deal, despite the article trying to spin it as such.

Here's a little more about David Fuereisen, the attorney, with an interesting sidebar:

Vanessa Trump seen without wedding ring after filing for divorce | Daily Mail Online

David Feureisen of the firm Bartels & Feureisen will be handling the split for Vanessa, who opted for a lawyer based in White Plains, which is close to the family's residence upstate.

There is little else in the filing at this time, and the lawyer for Don Jr is not revealed in the one document that has been submitted thus far that can be viewed on the court docket.

Feureisen has been involved in a number of high-profile cases in Westchester and butted heads with Trump family friend Jeanine Pirro many a time when she was the acting district attorney for the area. In 2007, he managed to get a murder charge overturned after arguing that Pirro's office had purposely withheld information that would have pointed to another suspect in the case.

====

The mention of Jeanine Pirro being a "Trump family friend" is kind of an interesting sidebar. Her husband has had legal problems of his own. Feureison is actually quoted in the article below about Pirro's husband. In that, he's called a "criminal defense attorney." I suspect that may be where Page 6 (and now other media) picked that idea up.

A Tough Summer Ahead for the Pirros - The New York Times

Most summers, Albert J. Pirro Jr. enjoys taking a respite from his busy life as a powerful lawyer and Republican lobbyist by playing golf and fishing off Montauk.

This year, though, Mr. Pirro, the husband of Jeanine F. Pirro, the Westchester County district attorney, may have to devote much time to legal maneuvering to prevent this from being his last free summer for several years.

On Thursday, Mr. Pirro, 53, was convicted by a federal jury of 34 counts of conspiracy, tax evasion and filing fraudulent tax returns.

-====

So, if it is true that the Pirros and Trumps are family friends, it's kind of fun that Vanessa hired an attorney that has "butted heads" with the Trump's friends over the years in court.

Oh wow. It just occurred to me. Judge Jeanine Pirro is now "Judge Jeanine" on Fox. For those who don't watch Fox, she's a Fox news commentator who is blatantly biased towards the President.

So, guys, forget that part about him being a criminal defense attorney. The REAL story here is that Vanessa Trump has hired an attorney who has frequently butted heads with a Fox news commentator who is known to be a HUGE ally of Vanessa's soon to be ex father in law President Trump. In fact, Pirro is writing a BOOK about the president as we speak.

‘No Fire, No Fury?’ Trump Is on Board With a Jeanine Pirro Book to Rebut Michael Wolff

It sounds like Vanessa is one smart lady.
