Amazing the different reporting you'll hear channel surfing.
The fact is that the recommendation to fire McCabe came from the FBI's own Office of Personal Responsibility, an almost unprecedented event. But CNN reported that it was Trump who did the firing, that Sessions did it to keep his job. Don Lemon and guests were not concerned about what McCabe did for the FBI's own OPR to recommend that McCabe be fired, instead they were apoplectic that this "fine and respected" man has had his pension taken away.
Obviously they don't like when gov't is held accountable.

I heard on the tv in the middle of night, so I do not recall which channel, that the report used to fire him was not complete yet. Session and the IG cherry picked the part they needed to fire him. Have no clue if that is true.
But, IMO waiting until that day and time was chicken chit way to fire somebody. It is almost as bad as hearing you are fired on the internet or news. They knew 3 months ago this day was coming.
Sessions forgot about the good work the guy did over 20 years. That should count for something. If he was an unsatisfactory employee somebody should have known it years ago.

That's like not prosecuting a bank robber because of all the banks he went into and did not rob.
The FBI recommended he be fired.
Sessions did it. It's not real hard.

They peaced out the part about McCabe, and rushed it so they could make this decision before his retirement. All without an appeals process.
The entire investigation is not complete, and its findings are not yet finalized.
Seems Comey and McCabe have been doing the same thing to change the outcome of investigations.
- Comey changed words on Hillary's email investigation report from gross negligence (legal malpractice) to extremely careless and Hillary avoided legal action.
- McCabe is reported to have FBI agents change their 302 forms which is the notes an FBI agent takes during interviews in an investigation.
Given the majority of Americans distrust Trump, and more are turning against him on a daily basis ...
Total B.S.

I think there will be quite an interest in the recollections of Comey.
Why? Everyone knows he's a liar. Why would we want to hear what he has to say about anything? He is free to tell his story however he wants to ...and we are free to disregard it, given his record. He has committed multiple crimes, and whatever he says will not mitigate the seriousness of those crimes. He may be going to jail. His book will not help him, and his "tour" may not be the most advisable thing for him to do, under those circumstances. He would be better off to remain silent. Anything he says can be used against him.

We aren't a democracy, and we don't have an "imperial" president.

...people can mock Trump for his stupidity and utter incompetence.
And we were free to mock Obama for the exact same reason. The difference is only that President Trump is a lot smarter than Obama (the "Iran deal" was stupid, just to mention ONE example of his stupidity ...oh, and lets not forget "ISIS is the JV team"), and President Trump is quite competent, whereas Obama was totally incompetent (eight years with virtually no growth ...never achieved even 3% GDP; worst labor participation rate since WWII; most people ever on government assistance ...shall I go on?). A totally incompetent fool, and now President Trump has to clean up his mess.
Given the majority of Americans distrust Trump, and more are turning against him on a daily basis, I think there will be quite an interest in the recollections of Comey. This is why imperial presidencies fail in a democracy - people are free to switch (see Lamb’s victory in PA), people are free to tell their stories, and people can mock Trump for his stupidity and utter incompetence. Loving democracy.

so comey want to share his story...... are we to believe comey and McCabe..... two crooked cops
