I think so. Does that mean I think the average conservative is violent or dangerous, of course not. But there are those on the fringes who weren’t stable in the first place and some of the rhetoric out there will make them feel vindicated to follow through their acts. The same is true on the liberal side, some liberal leaders incite class anger and hatred, some on the right do the same with immigrants, legal or illegal. Just like that guy who murdered the Indian H1B workers in KC, I absolutely believe political rhetoric gave that murderer the final push. Extreme politics will always effect the unstable, doesn’t matter ones political views.
