We defend our military bases and police stations with armed personnel, and there never has been a mass shooting (at armed personnel).

How about putting more armed security in churches, concerts, schools, movie theaters, etc? Most of them are gun-free zones.

And when there's an active shooter on the loose, someone has to call someone with a gun (the police) to stop them.

Why are all the threads about the march being merged into a thread about a counterprotest?
Convenient burial.

It absolutely is a valid point. Can we require a license to express free speech and to vote, both of which are also Constitutional Rights? Why or why not?

I beg to differ. Fort Hood comes to mind.

It'd be cheaper, that's for sure.

These peoples' taxes are buying machine guns, tanks, drones, fighter jets, aircraft carriers--you name it--all in the name of mass murder.

Yet they support people who want to march to give away their rights.

You're so kind to be worried about David Hogg. I love all these arm chair psychiatrists, diagnosing these kids, lol.

That's just the reality of this entire gun debate when its all said and done - nobody is banning or coming for any guns that is legally own today, including AR15's.
