Those laws already exist, the issue time and time again is they are not being enforced by LEO's,Schools (they have their own agendas) etc.

No, it's "the guns" that is the false narrative.
If the school did everything it could then why was Cruz not arrested and charged with several criminal offenses the school CHOSE to only suspend/expel him for...

Can you please give the Florida statute you are referring to?

Maybe you do not realize that school rules are different than laws? You can be expelled for many things which there are no current laws for or which wouldn't meet the burden of proof.

For example, if one student assaults another but the assaulted student chooses not to prosecute (as happened many times with regards to Cruz and his threats) the school cannot press charges themselves but they certainly can follow their own board established policies and expel him.

Might have saved 18 instead of just 17 lives.
How would the cops know he had guns?

The people he lived with told them so.

https://www.naplesnews.com/story/new...uns/365182002/

"Roxcanne Deschamps told the dispatcher that Cruz had “bought tons of ammo,” “has used a gun against people before” and “has put the gun to others heads in the past,” according to the notes."

But since they declined to press charges, nothing to be done.

Let's face it, if we cannot take guns away from Cruz, we cannot take guns away from anybody. Nothing will be done. All talk, no solution.

David Hogg wants to ban AR15 because in his mind, AR15 did the dirty work. He is the NRA's worst nightmare. He honestly sounds more and more annoying day after day. But checking the students' backpack is embarrassing to him. How does that make sense?
