Does this give them the chance to tear up our Constitution for a socialist government? Then what? A take over of our private companies like South Africa is doing to their farmers?
What's interesting is that this is an NRA-sponsored video claiming that no one allows gun-rights advocates to take part in the national conversation. Really? Thru the NRA, gun-right advocates have one of the most politically powerful and socially-influential voices in the gun-rights debate. I also find it interesting that the video gives no concrete examples of what views, exactly, are not being heard. If there are, in fact, any pro-gun views that are not being heard, then the video could have easily surprised me with a viewpoint that I had not already heard a zillion times. But nothing was offered.
Perhaps someone in this thread can help us out here. Can anyone here give us some example of pro-gun views that the general public has not heard, due to the suppression of pro-gun view points?
Also: over half the video was spent complaining that people who don't own guns cannot be experts on the gun-control debate. But that makes no sense. You don't need first-hand experience owning and/or shooting guns in order to have an informed, valid viewpoint on gun-control legislation. By the logic of this video, people who have never actually visited Mars can't have well-informed opinions about funding the space program. Also, one could turn the logic of this video upside-down: One could just as well say that anyone who has not personally survived gun violence can't really have any useful opinion on the subject of gun violence. The video's logic simply doesn't work.

As I see it, the pro-gun views constitute the dominant default position. Gun control advocates have the burden of proof to show why gun control is needed.
How much on air time does NRA get compared to Emma Gonzalez etc.?

How much money does Emma Gonzalez give to politicians to buy their support compared to the NRA?
you think politicians that support the second amendment do so because of the NRA? No, they support the 2nd amendment which is then the reason the NRA supports them

That is exactly what they want to do. Let's also make it clear that these are totalitarian Marxists who are funding these marches. The 1% orchestrating their pawns on the world chess board..
It's the "mainstream" Clinton/Obama coalition who don't want to have a meaningful conversation, Because their agenda was so firmly voted down back in 2016; the desperation in their camp has grown to the point where all they can do is hide behind schoolchildren, who would be better served by their being unshackled from the NEA, rather than the NRA, via the recognition of the failure of public education, and its replacement by a privatized system accountable to that potion of the public (the most exploited of all minorities) who actually pay the freight.
