I cant say I blame them, if I knew I was going to be homeless, I certainly would not stay in a place that gets brutally cold winters and hot humid summers. I would naturally seek the most pleasant climate I could find to live in.
We could ship those from other states back to their original states and let those states deal with the problem (especially since they are fond of saying that this problem wouldn't happen in their state).

Why should California be burdened with homeless people from other states?

I agree . We shouldn’t be burdened by it . We have enough problems .

We should just be encouraging people that want to do well and can pay their way .

We can’t afford to house and feed everyone from around the world .

Who are you kidding? Your state or municipality wouldn’t provide them services like that. Get real.

It’s so easy for all of you to point your fingers at LA or California, but the truth is that the safety nets where you all live aren’t prepared to handle a situation like this any better than California does.

Hell, if these people were in Texas, they’d just push’em out into the Gulf.

State governments don’t have the right to abridge the constitutional right of every American to choose the state in which he/she wants to dwell. States have no rights to choose their residents. That’s constitutionally enshrined.

Come on folks...this is basic civics.

No we'd put them on a bus to LA with a $100 bill just like we do now.

No you don’t. Texas can no more force someone to leave their state than any other state can.

Don’t give me that “Don’t Mess With Texas” crap. All that tough actin’ Tinactin and faux swagger nonsense might fool others, but I know better. If you give them $100 to leave, they’re leaving voluntarily . You guys are part of this union...you’re not set apart from it in any way. We have a constitution, and Texas is bound by it like every other state.

California Democrats are a failed party that only knows how to go on about the 6th largest economy. Blah, Blah, Blah. Most of the reason why it's the 6th largest economy is because of market capitalization instead of actual profits from companies like Uber and Facebook and it's 39 million person population, which is far larger than 39 million if illegal aliens were counted.

The Democrats are trying to turn the country into Brazil and Mexico with a small elite and a massive underclass that lives in squalor.

Eric Garcetti endorsed sales tax increases were nothing more than money into wealthy devolopers pockets so that he can have donors for his failing 2020 Presidential election bid.
What would the California Republicans do differently ?
