They aren't conservatives but they did recognize that Trump, despite his baggage, was an outsider who was their best hope for getting the country back on track and understood their frustration. The Jackie turnaround kind of was a little forced. She came across as a little addled, maybe she's suffering from some undiagnosed mental illness and is becoming impaired. She has the same frustration and even more anxiety as Roseanne but can't quite get a grip on what's going on around her so she wants someone to give her the answers and can't understand she's looking towards the wrong people for those answers.
But people don't argue like that in family settings. If they do, they alienate and isolate each other and only see each other for Holidays and family functions.
I heard Roseanne's sister voted for

Spoiler
Jill Stein

To characterize Trump supporters (Trumpies) as you do above is absolutely wrong, but I know it makes you feel better about yourself to put down others even if untrue.
Wrong about the sister from what I've read.

Just remember, the ratings people don't count fans. They count viewers.

Either nothing gets done or the same nonsense keeps going forward. They are indeed the "uniparty" and they do indeed go against the will of the people while enriching themselves.

The only solution I can think of is term limits.

Anti-incumbent party. No politician deserves a second term.

I think a lot of folks just want to know what they're going to do to pick up from Dan either being dead or them winning the lottery from the last season.

I can forgive Roseanne for the National Anthem disgrace, because she flipped off that smug tosser Jimmy Kimmel right on national TV, and didn't give two hoots about it!

The 46% of voters that elected Trump president might disagree.

More to the point, the working class Americans that would likely identify with the over-taxed, underpaid characters on the show probably voted for Trump and are interested in Rosanne's on-air and off-air opinions.

It's a nice break from the after-news anti-Trump drone of Jimmy Fallon, Samantha Bee, Jimmy Kimmel and Trevor Noah.

Right wingers went INSANE over that whole national anthem fiasco with Roseanne. I see she's suddenly back in their good graces.

Conjecture? Or statistics?

He is a JOKE! 20% of HIS OWN PARTY is sorry that they voted for him. The figure is higher among independents.

Trump is a laughing stock.

The only candidate who would not have completely trounced tRUMP, would be Clinton, who alienated younger and blue collar voters.

Of course I voted AGAINST TRUMP. But not so much FOR Clinton.

Why do tRUMPsters always think that finding 45, stupid and repulsive means that we are in love with HRC? It can mean that. But don't bet the ranch on it.

What ever I think of Hillary, I still voted for her because I'm in a swing state AND she still won the POPULAR VOTE, which tRUMP LOST!
