More desperation from California leadership. As non-citizens and criminals, should their presence be calculated for California's representative and electoral vote count? Easy enough to see that California legislators don't want to see the law upheld and only Americans counted.
I heard about this . It’s ridiculous. Also this moron has tons of lawsuits against Trump . He seems to be way too preoccupied with Trump versus actually ... you know fixing the many problems CA has .

Because they all put or kept the citizenship question in every census they had any control over, just as Trump is talking about doing.
