What I don't get is why would the family pack up and move to Florida so this kid could go to a certain school known for its journalism program. Who does that? Its not like he was an aspiring actor and had an agent who really thought he had potential. You look at this kid and he doesn't scream out ability and professionalism. His rehearsing his lines proved he doesn't have a great gift of speaking. Plus his angry speech in DC where he invited ridicule. They lived in California, his dad was retired FBI and his mom then got a job in Florida teaching. Somebody had groomed this kid to do what he's doing and helped the family settle in Florida. Maybe there are more Hogg's out there, in place, with potential shooters identified and being merely watched. Then they can trot them out for the cameras. Maybe next it will be a flood, or a police shooting, or some staged event. Something will happen and a loudmouth agitator will step up to be heard and " show us the way."
I know a family who packed up and moved across country so their daughter could participate in a hockey team at a private school.
It seems to me that when the youth of America take a position in opposition to your own, it is frightening to you.
For the record these young people have not endorsed candidates or political parties and always considered their cause a non-partisan issue, which in truth it is.
Actually I'm part of the group that believes very little to nothing will come of this. Of course you're going to have the usual far left Governors pandering to their electorate (like NY, CA) that will put more regulations on their citizens that may or may not stand challenge.
These "youth" as you call them swerved well off of nonpartisanship the minute they started parroting word for word their left wing benefactors/masters and attacking only one political party so yes, they HAVE endorsed a political ideology.

The word "hypocrite" has become way too weak a description. The current republican party is comprised of sociopathic liars and frauds that do not have the capacity to feel empathy or sympathy and will never make a policy choice that takes society as a whole into consideration. There is no regard for environments in any sense of he word. Greed reigns supreme and is an admirable quality to possess in their world. This cancer has metastasized and that allowed a POS like Trump to slither into The White House. The word "hypocrite" simply does not cut it anymore.
Seems to me you're describing most politicians. Obama and several past presidents fit your description as well which you'd see if not blinded by ideology...

Also, this Partisan, Political Display is being funded and supported by government run school districts, the Democrat Party, Teacher's Unions, the Media, Entertainment, and Bloomberg, and Soros anti legal gun ownership groups like Mom's Demand Action (they're too ugly to get any), and Any Town for Gun Safety. Oh yeah, and Gabby Gifford's gun grabbing group.

Probably not. It's easy to dash off a quick message but much harder to actually go someplace, stand in line and pull a lever.
Now if they start voting using Fakebook,Instagram or Twitter then things will change. I'd expect that demand to show up soon btw...

The millennial generation is larger than the baby boomers, and they are the up and coming generation. You better believe sponsors are paying attention to them. They are the most preferred age demographic for advertisers. Fox is on the other side of their glory days, with a demographic that quite literally shrinks every day. Conservatives who are clinging to the past are going to be left behind.

There were about fifty in one list I posted a couple of days ago that was tallied from March 19-28, but some of those were possibly one-shots testing the waters with a trial ad. The big ones look to be gone, so yeah, I'd say she needs a job. Maybe the White House is hiring.
