It would be nice to see some follow up reporting. What's to prevent this guy from walking into the school and shooting up the place now as an act of revenge ?

One might think with all the attention to school shootings there would be more focus on this story especially by MSM. It doesn't make sense to ignore this story at a national level.

He also allegedly stomped on an American flag and told students in the classroom that “This is what I think about it.”

Lemon previously faced charges of creating a public disturbance, disorderly conduct, and harassment. The charges were later dropped.

That sounds like a anti-American red flag with anger issues. Swift action with security should be the norm not the exception.

How long has this guy been employed at this or any school?

Obviously he did not share his ideology when he applied for the job.

Maybe his ideology evolved - some sort of dementia. Were these proclamations recent or ongoing?

LE must not consider him a serious threat given he was let out on a $500 bond.

If he applied for such authority the test required would have alerted the police to the threat he was. Bragging about his hate and wanting to kill people is what the test is designed to point out as undesirable qualities.

I would LOVE to know his job history, and I think a complete medical/neurological exam is definitely in order. -- especially if his rants and decidedly inappropriate behavior began less than a year ago,

But whatever the reason, being let out on $5,000 bond without a psychiatrist certifying that he was okay -- unless perhaps Lemon was drunk? -- seems very lenient to me.

However, no way should he be allowed to continue in his position!
