Under the old dictate, the 38,000 refugees were ordered to leave by April 1. Under the new plan, 18,000 refugees will be allowed to stay in Israel for the time being and 16,000 will be sent to unspecified western countries. I guess that world opinion was too much for Bibi.

The UN hates Israel.
The US has Sanctuary states/cities, so all the few million Central Americans would have to do is move to one of those states. As long as the citizens of those states/cities willfully pay more taxes to cover the costs, then it's all on them.
Keep 'em all. House them right next to Gaza. Immediate employment as human shields. I kid, I kid.
