Ummm...

The problem is, Russia can easily say that they were going after us, because Bill Clinton and allegedly even Barack Obama interfered in their elections.

Is there a country that has interfered in elections more than the US?

Except, our media was fine with that. Time magazine bragged that Bill Clinton interfered in the 1996 Russian elections. Does the world see us as hypocrites?

If we go after Russia, we have to look in the mirror and go after ourselves. Obama interfered in foreign elections and apparently knew Russia was doing the same here and didn't pursue it aggressively. We can't be abhorred by it when it happens to us and then accept it from our "preferred presidents" to other countries.

This was new this year as far as interference by civilized countries, yes we have interfered in elections in the past but this latest event with Russia trying to covertly steer our election is new. Putin had it in for Clinton ever since she clamed his prior election was rigged but that criticism was public.

What elections did Obama or Clinton interfere?

Supporting a candidate in an election does not amount to covert intervention.
