When he makes threats against the public, he should be considered a danger and law enforcement should treat his words as genuine threats. At least, that's what an awful lot of 2A "patriots" had to say about Nikolas Cruz when they were screaming about the FBI not acting on his threats. It wasn't the guns, it was lack of action on the threats. The threats, after all, were just words.

You seem to be quite confused. As an Agnotic you do not know if any deity exists to have had anything to do with the founding of America. Your statement expresses instead a firm belief in the existence of god(s), but lack of knowledge in their actions. A true Agnostic refuses to admit that level of belief.
The relevant portion of the constitution, however is the phrase “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.†clearly indicates the belief of the authors of the constitution that a deity did exist and was a proponent of the founding of America along with the second amendment equally as well as the first amendment.
As an agnostic, I am not willing to accept that phrase, unless some sort of proof can be offered that indeed, a creator was involved. The entirety of the Constitution was the work of men, unless you can show me where some deity signed it.
Even the signers are allowed a slip into fantasy every now and again.

He opened the floodgates as no other prez ever did. Bush's were bad, Clinton terrible & even Reagan began this, as all of them catered to southern minority folk & south of border folk, etc. How about hard working minorities that came legally here? Ask them how THEY feel after earning their US Citizenship while others just take it illegally.
