No.

What I'm saying is how silly and hypocritical it is that people like you think that anything that comes from Info Wars should automatically be rubber stamped as BS ....

Until it's something that you think supports your agenda.

I keep telling you guys on the left that you only think you want a police state, if you get one you'll be the first to demand somebody to help do away with it.

One only has to gaze over to the UK. Their free speech and privacy are gone, after the police state took over.

[T]hey made everybody take off their pants, and I did, and this sergeant says, “Oh my God, put those back on! This is how he got out of the draft, instead of having the courage to just say he thought it was wrong.

He should have faced the same fate as anyone else who appeared to be that crazy: involuntary commitment.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Then you're saying InfoWars is legit, and that Nugent really is a threat and should be disarmed.

Thanks for the clarification.

Makes me wonder what a court would say.
You could try, and you may make your case. But you cannot claim he assaulted you. Your first action appears to be pisting on a forum, not attempting escape. The reasonableness of the statement is unclear, and the perceived threat was non-specific, and contextually vague, if not completely facetious.

Thank you.

Responsible gun owners could go far, in terms of winning hearts and minds, if they would publicly and very vocally denounce this fool.
