She wasn't a perp. The cop that shot her was charged with a crime. However the majority that are shot by the police are perps and they deserve every bullet they get!!

I specifically chose white victims to show that cop misconduct is not a racial problem. It is a big government problem.

See my post above. Police unions are right up there with teachers' unions as to why this country is in the shape it is in.

There is no reason why tax-feeding public police can't be replaced by free-market private security.
