How is the EC "incredibly flawed"? It has worked for over two hundred years. Do you want MOB RULE? Would it be OK if the mob wanted to make slavery legal again? You do know how a mob mentality can work right? Think Germany in the 30's, and 40's. Our REPUBLIC has a Constitution with checks, and balances that WORK.

Just because Hillary lost, you all want to abolish the EC now. Very short sighted, and very bitter of your mob.

It's treasonous and every one of them should be tried, and then thrown in prison.
You guys told us that Dubya was a conservative when you elected him. Now you guys act like you don’t know him.

Sounds like he is advocating a Civil War in the near future. Let's see if he has the b*lls to act on it. My bet he will just order another Non Fat, Decaf, Soy Latte, and call it a day.

Right-wingers talk big, but if an actual civil war broke out, they'd be laying-low and thinking only about saving their own hides.

Unlike 200 years ago and for millennia past, the people that start war today, never fill their hand on the battlefield.

If war breaks out, every member of congress and the President should have to fill their hand on the battlefield, leading their divisions into the wars they wage.

That they will, efficiently.
Those deplorable NRA members? What would they have to be scared about? Being scared to have to take some idiots life, is a bad thing?

Laying low from who? Low testosterone liberals afraid of anything remotely like a weapon? If an actual civil war broke out you liberals would be out of water, out of power, out of food and have sewage in the streets in less than a week and be destroying your own cities (as usual) with riots.

Any system that gives a vote in one state 4x weight vs. a vote in another state is flawed, in my opinion.

Either bring the weightings more in line with real population numbers, move to a percentage of votes system, or just do away with the system entirely. And I'd say the same thing if Trump hadn't won. I've felt this way for most of life (basically since i learned about the system).

A more Democratic system wouldn't lead to "mob rule". We still have things like the Supreme Court to ensure that people's rights aren't being violated. And every other thing we vote on is done through a popular vote count... So why is it just the presidential election where this argument is made?

BTW this single impulse is how the Bolsheviks created Hitler, the Nazis and WWII.

Looks like they are doing it again.
