I'm glad #metoo has momentum. Long overdue.

It started out as a political weapon, like the anti-war movement that died whimpering in 2008-09 after having outlived it's usefulness.

Unlike that one though, #metoo broke it's political leash and went after D's and R's alike which was and continues to be a great thing.

Men haters don't divide their hate for men along party lines.

The Democratic Party happens to be the institution that provides intellectual and rhetorical legitimacy to men haters and white haters.

Since one does not preclude the other, that hate for white men doesn't dissipate just because a man is a Democrat.
