Well then, if this would somehow tie the hands of the government and make it not so easy to indiscriminately kill tens of thousands, I suppose I have to support it.
Citibank said they want out of the Cabella's revolver because they are a retailer of guns. BAML definitely won't lend to gun manufacturers....as of right now the only major banks that will lend to them is WFC, Fifth Third, and Regions. Not sure where JPM is.....strongly suspect they aren't lending to manufacturers.
Anti-gunners should continue going after the banks---they're so fearful of bad publicity. Much easier to defeat the feckle banks than it is to repeal the Second Amendment.

Most manufacturers that make "military style" firearms are multinational corporations with their main business being the production of real military firearms for the global arms trade. US civilian sales are a drop in the bucket.
Alot of liberals confuse libertarians with conservatives.
Because libertarians do not believe in big government regulation/intervention, and believe in the second amendment unabridged.

Where they differ from Republicans, they may not agree with you, but they'll defend your right to express the opinion you hold.

The problem isn't with them, or their beliefs.
They've got it mostly right.
Individual liberty above all else.
Government intervention kept at a minimal.
Private property rights above all else.
The individual supercedes the collective.
Non aggression principals but don't you dare try to break and enter into their home or carjack them or assault them.
They're firm in self defense.
They aren't victims.
Thats where they're very similar to Republicans/Conservatives.

Basically they don't believe others, especially the government have a say in your private life, what you do with your time, your money, your property. So long as you aren't on the offensive and aggressive/oppressive.

Pretty much sums me up to a tee. I don't care what a person does as long as they are not trying to come after me or my family. Paint yourself blue, howl at the moon, recite religious scripture, I don't care. The moment you want to harm me or my family, that is when I fight back.
And most likely 1 more to add to that same list from NY_refugee87; I want the laws upheld the same for everyone. I hate preferred treatment; because someone is famous or rich or both.
