Patrons are not cops an have zero ability to make a law enforcement decision. If the arrested parties refused to leave upon being told to do so by cops, that is an arrestable offense.
Yet if those patrons confirmed what you wanted them too - men were being disruptive - you'd believe 'em and give their story credibility.
You were there? The arresting cops were black, so they arrested the two men who refused to leave, and were trespassing because.....they were black? Hmmm, can't find that one in the Philly penal code.
You are just virtue signaling against white people. Grow up. The cops were called because they were creating a disturbance, not because they were black.

That's not the question, If you are at an establishment and are asked to leave, do you leave or wait or refuse and wait for the cops to ask you to leave and then do you leave or do you let yourself get arrested?
When I'm asked to leave a place that I am told to leave I do not stay.
There are 2 sides to every story. Perhaps there is more to this than what the Starbucks staff AND the 2 men both admitted. They said they were waiting for someone. However, that is LOITERING because they didn't order any food or drink. So they were loitering. Perhaps they looked like they were just using the place to hang out, and perhaps they were appearing suspicious or annoying to paying customers.
Who knows.....Maybe they thought they were fixin' to rob them.. We dont really know...
It's horrible thought processes like this that cause people to to assert their twisted sense of morality over the rights of the property owner. We fought a Revolutionary War over property rights and don't you forget it.
Too bad you and others refuse to acknowledge how Starbucks operates and, in turn, why this action makes no sense.
If it doesn't go along with your narrative, you don't wanna hear it.
So if you're not black it's trespassing. If you're black it isn't trespassing.
