Homelessness is becoming a big problem in most cities. The divide between rich and poor is becoming greater and the government is spending their money on ridiculous programs that perpetuate the cycle and does little to move people up.
One might say they are giving people fish when they should be teaching them how to fish for themselves but isn't this the ultimate goal of the Dems? to have people totally dependent on the them.
I can see it now the Dems will roll up a mobile voting trailer to the tent city under the highway overpass and to get the homeless to vote they will give them a sandwich on the way out.
It is hard to consider this homeless problem and not think about the Billions of dollars that are spent on taking care of the illegal aliens that live in California. The estimate is $23 Billion in 2017 !

$23 Billion would go a long way to helping the homeless if California would only get on board with Trump who is more than willing to help move the illegal immigrants out.
Imagine freeing up $23 Billion. What they could do with even half of that money.
California is really twisted but we have come to expect that type of thinking from the Left.
