So: unproven allegations of damage done by clinton use or private servers, vs POTUS actually leaking top secret information to the foreign enemy that Pentagon declared as a greatest danger to US and that attacked our democracy.
We got to the point where Repubs try to come back with some "criminal referrals" by politicians trying to keep their base motivated, after DOJ, FBI found nothing that meets criteria for either investigation or charges.
At the same time, independent trump-russia and trump cohen probes continue to produce subpoeans, search warrants, guilty please, criminal charges, fraud charges, conspiracy charges etc.
In other words: all this talk of Clinton scandals, yet not one shred of court document in 15 months of Trump appointed DOJ and FBI. Nothing that met a single case for probable cause or any further legal action. Independent judges would find nothing that substantiates any further action.
All they can do is create sham referrals, GOP "investigations", all produced by politicians trying to rally the base in the light of lack of any legal substance.

Mueller simply does NOT leak ANY information, so you have no way of knowing anything.
Just because he is not a leaker, doesnt mean there is not evidence or substance. Just wait for his report and referrals for gods sake.
There is no "making case". There is either going to be evidence or not. It will all come out at the end of investigation or while plea deals are made, court documents are filed, or charges are made.

Having said that I don’t the problem with Trump is that he was having affairs. Bill Clinton was way worse, he slept with an intern while he was president in the Oval Office. Democrats should stop these sex scandals in my opinion and talk about policy. Very few people will change their vote over a sex scandal.
