There is much more evidence that the Russian investigation is a fraud, than there is for collusion.
Can you give sources for your assertion?

And if grandma had a pair, then she'd be grandpa.

No, there's no evidence that the Russian investigation is a fraud, unless you believe that it's a conspiracy of tens of thousands of people across multiple US and foreign intelligence agencies.

Members of Trump's own cabinet are on record as saying that the Russian government interfered with the 2016 US presidential election. Are you claiming that the conspiracy against Donald J Trump includes members of his own cabinet?

Why waste a year or two on other people?
Mueller either has nothing on Trump or he thinks he might but hasn't found it.
Looks like you haven't been studying up on how this works, just rehearsing talking points.

Start here ...

In pursuing organized crime families it is usually most productive to take out the 'loyal soldiers' at the lowest level and work up the levels to build a case. This can take a great deal of time in some cases.

It is either a bunch of BS or the best conspiracy known in the history of the world.
No, not hundreds, probably only a relatively small number. Most of the people involved in carrying out the fraud only did so because their bosses told them to, and everybody assumed Hillary would win, and nobody would ever find out what they did.

I've not accused anyone of any crimes, but if these people did what it appears they did, you Trump haters are in for a heck of a surprise when these people start getting indicted.

I offer this :
https://legal-dictionary.thefreedict...Poisonous+Tree

The "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine is an offspring of the Exclusionary Rule. The exclusionary rule mandates that evidence obtained from an illegal arrest, unreasonable search, or coercive interrogation must be excluded from trial.

If there is no legal basis to start an investigation all searches are unreasonable searches.
The Wikipedia article fleshes out the concept more than the definition that you cite.

Note that the concept isn't so cut-and-dried. The actual search warrant against Michael Cohen was carried out by a part of the DOJ not associated with the Mueller investigation. If one concedes the highly unlikely/very dubious claim that the entire Mueller investigation is somehow illegal/invalid, the independent investigation of Michael Cohen doesn't poison any evidence that might turn up against one Donald J Trump during the Cohen investigation.

I'm thinking that Trump and his team of legal experts know this. That's why there's such an attempt to cloud the issue.

Hundreds ? Thousands of people ? You're vastly overstating the numbers need for the conspiracy to damage Trump. 25 or so high-ranking WH/FBI/DOJ officials can control the slant of an investigation and flow of information.

otoh, can you imagine how many people were involved in the alleged Russia/Trump conspiracy over a long period of time and it took a drunk guy in a bar to spill the beans to get an investigation started.

Russian meddling is an established fact. Collusion has not been proven, but Russia 100% tried to interfere with our election. There’s no reason to lie.

There is no legitimate reason to lie, and no ethical justification for lying on this public forum.

Many Trumplodytes don't care about any of that.

I suspect many of them are paid to do so.
