Texas...the dirty south and their southern style justice.

The wealthy always walk in Texas. Tough justice is for the powerless.

This is wrong. I support equal justice for all people. White, Black, rich, poor, Republican, Democrat, etc.

Remember how you feel right now. This is exactly the type of outrage the right feels when Hillary, Clapper, Comey et al. lie under oath and walk away without any punishment as the left defends it and even celebrates it, while Gen. Flynn loses his house, his career & has his children threatened by the FBI, despite the FBI admitting they don't believe he lied & being caught withholding exculpatory evidence from his legal team.

The first thing you have to ask yourself in these threads is "what information is not being provided in order to maximize outrage?"

Just so we're clear, did she go to jail for a parole violation or the sentencing from this instance or both?

Secondly, are you saying that prior offenses should be removed from any sentencing consideration?

From the linked article. It is very possible he got off lighter than others but....
