Haha, well I don't doubt that there ARE journalists and even entire networks or publications that push an agenda. How many individuals within journalism are affected by it/are like this, it's impossible to say. But SOME, sure. Would I say the whole industry? No.

Of course it is.
NO link of any law/reg/EO that abridges press/speech.

Didn't think you had anything, minus standard hysterics. Got it.

What freedom does the press not have here? Aside from self imposed.

The US has lost its position as a beacon of freedom. Trump has dimmed the light of freedom here and abroad.

from your link which you didn't read "The United States’ ranking fell from 43 to 45 out of 180 countries"

LMAO We went from 43rd best to 45th best. Oh the horror.

The light isn't what's dimmed here.

Just what are these scores supposed to mean, anyway? I saw no explanation of their metrics. Anyone can manipulate statistics to show anything they want.

Just click on the link provided in the O/P and you will see headers for Methodology, Analysis, among others explaining the rationale.

Reporters without Borders is a highly respected org. It should be illuminating that these reporters are comparing experience of both ends of reporting the freedom of gathering the facts and the freedom of reporting them publicly.

It's not a pretty picture at either end.

You might also be interested in reading their RSF Initiative to combat "disinformation" contained on their home site. They do not have an "Anti-American" agenda.

What a joke, Trump has opened the door to freedom of expression. No one has been stopped from expressing disapproval of Trump have they....that was rhetorical because that's all the media does.

Between that and the lemmings trying to shut down free speech at their college, we're in for quite a ride.

I have lost all respect for the mass media because they pick and choose the stories they want to highlight while ignoring that make members of the Left look bad. They are reporting fake news.

It is not Trump's fault but we can give credit to Trump for exposing the media for what they are. Shills of the Left.

The mainstream media tends to shill for the truth. They back the policies and actions that are of benefit to our country and to the world. No wonder the Trumpists regard them as the enemy. Trump's realm will wither into ashes, when truth shines brightly on it.

We see and know what a shill or stooge is.
They are the cult following socialist Democrats to remove individual choice and freedoms and promoting the one voice collective.
