No problem. We’ll just create more agencies to “solve” the problems caused by these. Nothing a few thousand bureaucrats can’t “fix”.

“If you’re a lobbyist who never gave us money, I didn’t talk to you. If you’re a lobbyist who gave us money, I might talk to you.” Mick Mulvaney, head of her office of Management and Budget.

There you have it, folks. Republicans in a nutshell.

If you give them a lot of money, Republicans will give you a huge tax break, do away with banking regulations and environmental laws, maybe even lobby other nations for your companies.

What a deal!

Those would have been some great reading skills, had you not been biased enough to stop using them and have kept reading on.

Want a favor from a member of Congress? Give him money. That was the advice Mick Mulvaney, the acting director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and head of the Office of Management and Budget, gave to a group of some 1,300 bankers and lending industry professionals at a conference in Washington, DC.

Senate Democrats are delivering speeches on the Senate floor about the Koch brothers, who plan to spend up to $400 million to influence the 2018 elections.

Senators say they will shine a light on the Koch brothers' network of front groups pushing policies in Washington to enrich special interests and sowing doubt in the public debate on issues vital to the American people.

Looks like the Democrats are trying to clean this mess up.

The false equivalency is astounding. Actually, read and critique good statistical studies of this corruption. All bad apples need to be removed, starting with the biggest bad apples.

Trump admini's PAY... TO... PLAY... is out in the open because he could shoot someone in the middle of main street and wouldn't lose any of his voters.

What an idiotic thread. Huge money has been buying and bribing Politicians in DC longer than our Grand parents were alive.

People like LBJ, the Clintons, Nixon, Kennedy's were all the power brokers who sold access.

How do you think people like Maxine Waters became Millionaires when they only pull in a a modest salery every year.
