Poor Obama, Hillary, and Kerry regarding NoKo. 8 years of incompetence replaced by real negotiators. Further tarnishing of their abject failure.

Typically, summit meetings are proceeded by negotiations in which the framework for the resulting agreements are decided on before the planes ever leave the ground.

From the cheap seats, it looks like team Trump agreed to suspend joint military training with South Korea in order to get Kim to show up.
Heard from some source that Trump's speech for after the meeting, where it was declared a success & things went great, was done before Trump left the U. S. for the meeting.

Congress threatened to impeach Obama if he met with N K despot leader, just to give an idea of what Trump is being allowed to get away with.

All this mtg did was raise the status of N K's little despot. NK will never give up nuclearization. For one thing, it's only because of nuclear weapons that other countries are paying attention to N K and that the U S leader had a meeting with him. That bolsters his reasons for having the weapons. Also, it needs them for protection, it believes, because it's too small to protect itself without the weapons.

Trump's statements included how "talented" the N K leader is, how he took over a country at age 26 and handled it, when others were against him, etc. Put this in the long list of compliments of dictators and murderous despots that Trump has made. (As opposed to the long list of insults to our allies, who all have democracies.)

Really does show what 1.5 years of a hard working great President can accomplish compared to 8 years of a mediocre at best President.

If Hillary was in Office she'd still be in the White House bed this morning getting over her hangover.

Voters made the right choice in 2016.

This so called summit was a joke. Nothing will come of it.

So we have one malignant narcissist praising another malignant narcissist???
The GOP and the press as as much to blame for this as the WH/Trump acolytes
The PRESS has helped put the spotlight on Trump every day since he put his hat in the ring and he loves the attention, lives for it...
Until the press learns that turning the spotlight AWAY from Trump and on ISSUES is the only way to deal with his megolamania, there is really no hope things will get any better
The focus the press has put on Trump and his actions has served to sell him in some measure to the middle part of the those who are not invested with a truly anti-Trump stance...

Just another lie. Nothing came about in that negotiation. The last item of the 4 was the only substantial benefit. We will be able to look for remains of our troops from the Korean War. Even then it is not spelled out how that will happen and if the NK will allow it.

For North Korea a great deal HAS come from this summit
Un has been legitimized as an effective, take-me-seriously-leader vs someone who killed his brother and has starved thousands and likely millions of his own people to push military development and his luxurious lifestyle over their needs...
Trump has no clue how dangerous what he did will prove to be in the coming years...
This is like Nevile Chamberlain making his ruinous deal with Hitler that gave Hitler tacit permission to attack Europe in his quest for world domination....
Trump has ELEVATED Kim to a "world leader" vs some pimply thug wanna-be...
The people behind this are no friends to America--let alone the rest of the world...
Just STUPID!!!

And if anyone thinks that Kim and the NK military are giving us access to their nuke capability for any verification process, they are smoking some really good dope...

The GOP Congress threatened to impeach Obama when he made suggestions about meeting with Kim--
This is all party over country
Trump has done more damage to the true structure of a democratic America than any president in our history
I hope you remember all your praise for him after he topples the dominos and there is no going back...
because I will...

Even the Heritage Foundation sees through this charade.

Like everything Trumpian, **all hat—no cattle**

Expect "Trump Tower Pyongyang" to be announced next. The Trump family grift continues.

From CNN Twitter...

Trump says he trusts Kim Jong Un. And if he's wrong? "I may be wrong, I mean I may stand before you in six months and say, 'Hey I was wrong,'" said Trump, before adding, "I don't know that I'll ever admit that, but I'll find some kind of an excuse." https://cnn.it/2sQKXOB
