I didn't vote for Obama either time.

Are you going to answer the question, or just keep deflecting?

PS. I hate polls. I hate everything about them. The only reason I posted this link to polling information was because I knew that the polls for years upon years had shown a higher disapproval than approval rating for the ACA. So I figured after that many years of polling, the results had to be close to real public opinion. But as with all polling data, I would never completely trust it.

Seems to me that the polling info shows the more people learned about ACA the more they liked it.

No it wasn't and as with anything once Americans learned more about it they like it. Trump found this out and starter to take things away like the mandate that can only hurt Americans and the ACA.

It has been losing members for the last few years down from about 13 million to 9 million. The mandate expires in 2019 and that is expected to cause a huge drop in people who no longer take out the coverage.

Soon the only people on the coverage will be the ones with Subsidies. The people who actually pay to make it work will be gone.

Then it will be dead. It was very unpopular from the start and sold by POTUS lies.

For the last 8 years we've seen the Obamaites defend the lies Obama told. Now they fein outrage over Trump.

This thread is about POTUS lies. They've been going on hot and heavy for the last 8 years.
That is wrong. Many of us did not begin as "Trump haters". Why will you not answer the simple question that Old Town FXX asked you? You are deflecting every question with Obama.
Do you admit and approve of the lies that our current president tells and do you actually believe him?

What you are saying is provably false in numerous ways.

Firstly, health care in this country is the most expensive in the world - about 50% or more higher than it should be - whether or not we have the ACA.

Secondly, the state(s) that first came up with ACA models (MA, HI) are the highest income and best educated and longest life states in the USA...in other words, they have better results. They are higher income and better educated. Your statement seems to indicate that toothless meth addicts in KY have "common sense" while doctors, scientists, researchers and productive workers don't.

The "insurance market" was turning down people for just about anything and selling policies that covered nothing. The ACA (or RomneyCare) set benchmark standards...one free physical a year, kids could stay on policy, not turn-downs for pre-existing, no lifetime caps and other such things.

It would be impossible to really bend the cost curve without basic agreement of the parties involved (American Voters, pols, corporations, etc.), but rates were going up less after ACA than they went up under Bush....UNTIL Trump got ahold of it. Now they are going up double digits again. This is data you can look up yourself.

But far from me to try and knock some sense into fellow Americans who vote against their own interests and those of their kids, grandkids, etc.

I will say that the polling showed that a decent majority were for one of two options:
1. ACA
or
2. They wanted something even MORE socialistic (total universal health care).

The Propagandists only quoted you the 35% or so FOR ACA...they didn't mention the 25% who wanted something even MORE ACA-like.....

Now we are going to throw 10 million off the roles, make seniors pay much more and have everyone else paying more also. I don't see any advantage in that.

No doubt, they are stupid. This guy 100% knew how stupid they are (see below). I think this is one thing we can all agree on...that some people vote against their own interests. It's a fascinating thing to see folks with short lifespans and horrible self or job-inflicted injuries just "grin and bear it" and pull the lever to take away their own health care.
