Perhaps little Marco would like to tell us how he formed this opinion. It can take Corporations years to plan on budgets, purchasing and planning on what to do with the money.
Corporations have for years been storing up cash--
Apple has billions in cash--
They are not the only ones
Why???
Because they don't think the growth will reward expansion
Why do you think Sprint is merging?
Not because there is MORE business than they can handle but because they want to take out the competition for what is there
Companies benefit from monopolistic structures--
Capture as much market share w/o competition so customers don't have any where to go
We saw that in the airline industry a decade or so ago--did that improve airline travel???
Why is there lack of productivity over past 5+ yr's???
Because there is no place for excessive productivity to go really
You can't sell a 1K cell phone to the people in the world earning $2 a day...
We live in a consumer economy right now--trying to move into a service economy--
But w/o the income levels to sustain liveable service level jobs that won't happen
We will have a SERF economy...
A group of CEO's TOLD them they would use the money to buy back stocks.
Go figure they re more honest then our public servants.
For many , Obamacare mandates and the fake tax cuts have created a real life hunger games. Pay for food shelter and clothing for your family and be financially ruined by the IRS, or pay the health insurance company for nothing. There isn't enough left over to even actually use the health services you already paid for. And when you do, there isn't enough money for the next months premium.
Maybe it s population control.
Remember who the real enemy is and vote them out 2018, and 2020.
Hmm. So the Tax Reform Act did not help as much as the Republicans claimed it would. Meanwhile, the National Debt is soaring, the annual deficit is way up, inflation is starting to creep back, and a tariff war is still possible.
These Republicans want so bad to prove to us that trickle down works. They’re slow learners. It doesn’t. Maybe they should change it so the average taxpayer gets more advantage than corporations.
Also, how does anyone know what companies are dong with their money? Really? How does Rubio know what companies are doing in other states?
And who were those bonuses given to? Bet it was the CEOs! Meanwhile Ford Announced they are doing away with all of their Sedans, but two! Subway is closing 600 stores, Sears,ToyRUs and how many other businesses are closing?

Well, you lost that bet, because I received a bonus....if you're gonna split hairs like that...
Sears and toys r us, started long before the tax cuts happened....
Ford...lol...they are doing it because the tax cuts?

Car buyers these days love SUVs. They don't, however, love actual cars like hatchbacks and sedans --as Ford has learned.
Ford (F) said on Wednesday the only passenger car models it plans to keep on the market in North America will be the Mustang and the upcoming Ford Focus Active, a crossover-like hatchback that's slated to debut in 2019.
After more than a century-long run, giant automakers like Ford can no longer escape the obvious: The demand for traditional cars is beginning to dry up, thanks to the evolving tastes of millennials and baby boomers, experts said.
Subway stated this last summer...seems the tax cuts were again not involved in that decision....

The company said Wednesday it expects stores to close after it rolls out a revitalization plan, announced last summer, that will require franchise owners to invest more in their operations.
On the plus side, our tax rates are gonna slowly creep up over the next decade to be more than they would have under the old setup in order to pay for the rich to get richer.
Tax cuts are working for me, that's all that matters in my world.
Corporate tax cuts aren’t working for you. Stop it.
You’re not in that class.

Rubio doesn't understand how corporations work or he wouldn't make such a statement. change takes time and planning.
Oh, so now you Conservatives are gonna tell us that Rubio is dumb?

Meh please. American corporations are notoriously short sighted. They don’t look past the next quarter for crying out loud.
