This occurred in Feb 2017. Wonder why it's just coming out now.
Maybe Jackson, Trump's recently ousted presidential doctor, leaked this story because he's upset about being tossed aside by Trump. Timing is perfect, since Jackson just got replaced within the past day.
I thought the doctor a nut back then, and this does not change my mind. Read his statement carefully:
"I couldn't believe anybody was making a big deal out of a drug to grow his hair that seemed to be so important. And it certainly was not a breach of medical trust to tell somebody they take Propecia to grow their hair. What's the matter with that?"
True, if my doctor told ME that I was taking Propecia to grow my hair, that would not be a breach of trust. However, I would certainly not like for said doctor to tell the New York Times that I take the medication.
It is rather rare that I believe that Donald JOHN Trump is on the right side of an argument, but this is one of those times. Dr. Borenstein had no business talking to the press about Mr. Trump's medications. It is no wonder that Mr. Trump had his records pulled from that quack.
This all sounds like a violation of HIPAA. Did these guys have written authorization to take these records? Were the records of other patients in that office compromised? This was not the way to handle this. And I will bet that if instead of mentioning something that referenced trump' s hair loss he told the press about his magnificent test results, trump would have loved it. He's just that vain about his hair -god knows why.
