https://www.cnsnews.com/news/article...not-proficient

In California, 89 percent of students not proficient in Math in Fresno and 80 percent not proficient in Los Angeles

95 percent are not proficient in Detroit, 89 percent Baltimore and Cleveland, 88% in Milwaukee

That is what happens when the vast majority of the population having high birth rates are those on section 8, EBT, WIC and other programs that encourage them to have as many children as possible to really fatten up those welfare checks.

I am certainly not a genius at Math myself but it is just more showing the failure of ultra-expensive government schools that are causing many senior-citizens to choose between food or having their house foreclosed on in the name of failing inner-city government schools.

I think it is very interesting why so many love paying so much in property, income and sales taxes just to support this failure. If the parents paid for their own children's education then they would have more of a vested interest.

If they just had more money and administrative assistance, the schools could do a better job...

Yes, just a huge property tax increase and these inner-city schools will have scores like South Korea and Finland.

Seems like every year in many places they are begging for a new tax increase that will fix everything automatically.

The reality is because government has taught many of these poor families that the only way to bring in revenue is through having baby after baby that this is the reality.

Huge section 8 vouchers for luxury homes, Huge public school expenditures, Thousand dollar plus in free food monthly for many larger families but yet many of the people having in some cases a half-dozen kids in these inner-cities can't even take care of themselves even with the tremendous amounts of welfare spent.

Discipline must be on a quota system based on race and no child should be left behind, no matter what.

Teach to the lowest denominator and hold all the teachers responsible.

Average expenditure per pupil these days is around $12,000 per year. Thirty kids in a class is $360,000 They can't read, write or do math but they all know that polar bears will become extinct in the near future.
