Foolish statement. Capitalism produces based off the needs of the market, not one individual. The MoP are public utilities so if you want something for yourself you can produce it for yourself. There is no monopoly on production capabilities.

under Marxism(communism) there is no longer the thing called money, your needs are based on the communes needs, your labor is based on the communes needs, you are GRANTED your basic needs and nothing else..... yep a good thing of, no more failures...but on the same hand no more successes, no more doing your desired profession/work, now your labor all for the needs of the commune and its leadership, who do thrive much more than the common man/woman......

The individual does exist in anarchy-syndicalism. Your problem is understanding that the community and the individual aren’t separate entities.
Your problem is with existence again. It's sad you can't understand this fact. This is why Marxism always fails. He believed a forced State (the one you're promoting) would lead to psychological changes in people to the point a State wouldn't be needed.
I don’t believe in a state, or even the state stage like Marx. If the economy is developed to the point where a majority of private revenue is being handled from worker managed facilities the entire equity/stock market system will collapse and soon the state its upholding will go to as imperialism and neo-colonialism will no longer be necessary.
