But don't you think it is terribly puzzling that Broidy comes out and says Cohen was his attorney---did the NDA between him and the Bunny represented by same initial attorney Daniels was Using the same pseudonyms on the NDA and yet Cohen doesn't list Broidy as his client in his SDNY hearing???
Cohen had two choices--
If he lists Broidy and it is discovered through the audit of material taken from his locations--then Cohen has gotten another Federal charge added to the list SDNY already has in mind
If he doesn't list Broidy then he is thought to have done it because it was a very minor piece of work and maybe Cohen-- since he knew Broidy from the RNC where they were both ass't chairs for national campaign funding--was viewing his work as more a favor for a friend---not attorney/client relationship...
Personally the fact that Trump IS paying the 35K monthly and he has a reputation (well-earned) for NOT honoring legal contracts that cost him money makes these payments MORE suspicious than less...
And I bet if they get in there and do a forensic audit they will discover that money is coming from the re-election contributions' fund vs Trump Co or Trump's personal funds...
If Giuliani is telling the truth about this, Trump has paid Cohen around $470,000 in $35k increments. Plus Cohens legal fees (I read somewhere else they were about $280,000). If these numbers are anywhere near correct, Trump has paid out $750,000 to Cohen over the past year or so.
If Trump has actually paid out that much, something is going on. Thats for sure.

It wouldn't surprise me if the money for the 35K is coming from Trump Co vs Trump personal
And that because of the way Trump Co does work for and bills Trump Reelection that money is being siphoned from Re-election through Trump Co into Cohen's slush fund...
But Guiliani said the money Trump was paying Cohen was NOT for legal work--
It was for dealing with settlements--which many people in Trump's position have to do--
That is NOT a retainer--
And Trump has said (although who knows how true it is) that Cohen does a "tiny, tiny" part of his legal work
Now how tiny can it be if he is paying him 35K a month
It's entirely possible that the Playboy model who got the $1.6M payout and had an abortion was pregnant with trump's baby. But his base still won't care. Hell, trump could have performed the abortion himself and even the evangelicals will somehow find a way to justify it. I've never seen behavior like this. It scares the hell out of me. They truly are a cult.
