Every Republican who had the balls to stand up to Trump is either retiring or dying. I certainly hope there are other men of decency like John McCain left in the GOP who will stand up to the soft fascism and corruption that is slowly enveloping our federal government.
Democrats are simply too nice, and lack the guts to confront what is happening. I think it needs to be someone in the GOP, but I doubt anyone will go it alone. It will take a small group of Senators or Congressmen/women who are not willing to sell out their country for the benefit of one man. I honestly don't know if any people like this exist in the GOP, but I'm hopeful they are there.

Things seem pretty normal to me. What has changed so drastically since the last president? My life hasn’t changed much at all, other than having a little less money taken out of my paycheck. I’m not seeing the fascism that you are seeing.

What draft did Obama dodge? Oh, that's right, none.
Lying? Well, all politicians lie but there's no contest. Politifact has judged that 70% of Trump's public statements are lies. Obama? "Just" (and I would still argue that it's unacceptably high) 26% of his statements are lies. Cheating? Well, lots of ways to judge that, but Obama has been happily married to one woman for decades without so much as a whiff of scandal about other women (that's also true of both Bushes, by the way). Trump? Hah. Hah. Hah.
This excuse is why Trump is president. Yes Trump can lie with the very best of them but when you excuse your liar you really can't condemn others for doing the same.
If Obama had been held to his promises there is no president Trump today.

Unfortunately, most of the GOP in Congress condone this awful, corrupt President.
Obama was never a draft dodger, a pathological liar, or a disgusting cheater. Try again.
Obama also divested his financial interests prior to taking office and turned them into treasury bonds, showed his tax returns and never bragged about grabbing ***** or peeking at teen girls in a dressing room of a beauty pageant.
