If all the dots were connected it wouldn't have been a problem to start with the proceedings. Basically the charge was that they posted stupid things on Facebook. There is no conviction coming over that which is why these guys called his bluff.
Mueller didn't expect them to show up in court, the defense just wants information from the investigation they could care less about being exonerated. Mueller could drop the charges.

Once again you are dismissing the impact of social media and the ability to misinform people. Leading up to the election Facebook posts were more popular than news papers and you don't have to search hard to find some very gullible and easily influenced viewers.
You can either choose to believe the intelligence community and companies or some other source, did you pay attention to Cambridge Analytica and others. The Russians actually had the ability to delete or change voting records for 20 states if you read my earlier post regarding the senate intelligence investigation.
If you think that the impact of social media is still a maybe then you are conflicted with the facts.
Looking at the demographics of who might be influenced by the content in social media, makes me wonder how you feel about the same demographics being in primary and secondary education situations where there is an extremely high percentage of far left leaning teachers and professors indoctrinating the same people. But that’s OK, isn’t it, since they are brainwashing them to be just like you?
This probe is FAR from over. All of the dots haven’t been connected yet, but it won’t be pretty when they are. All these payoffs and pay for play deals are gonna lead to something.

A year and a half into this an no one has accused Trump of anything, the only indictments are for things that happened decades before the election or shortly thereafter, and the only things any Russians are even accused of are buying facebook ads.

-Fisa warrents issued on the basis of a fake dossier paid by opposition research.
-Illegal reverse targeting, unmasking and identity leaking of American citizens by the Dems.

-Wasserman Schultz resigning on the eve of the convention when it was revealed that they rigged the primary
-A tech scandal that we do not even know the scope of because it was buried.
-CNN proucer caught admitting that his product is "90% bull****."
- CNN reporters asked to leave for falsifying sources.
-DNC operatives fired for being caught on camera admitting that they send operatives to Trump rallies to start fights and film the retaliation.
-An assasination attempt against Trump during the campaign by a UK illegal
-Crazed Bernie supporter shoots whip and 4 other congressmen
-Rioting and violence in the streets by crazed, black masked Dems.

This country is too far gone. Long ago it succumbed to open traitors. Personallly, I think Trump should be the last chance to put things right, and if this kind of **** continues, I hope he starts sending some of these people to Guantanimo Bay or the equivalent and letting them rot. They toppled the republic already. Why not admit as much and come out on top of the wreckage?

This claim of people rooting for the Russians is pretty weak.
People know the indictments were dubious, the Russian company decided to call Mueller's bluff.
Nobody is rooting for the Russians, we just want to see if Mueller can prove these Russians did what he is claiming.
He he can, good.
If he can't, and only brought these indictments in an effort to legitimize his investigation, then we have a serious problem.
Note that none of the 13 indicted Russian individuals actually have come to the USA and appeared in court. None have been actually 'served' with the indictments in Mother Russia, and it is doubtful that Putin will allow such service.
However, three Russian-controlled corporations were also indicted, and the other day two attorneys appeared proclaiming that they are acting as counsel for one of the indicted corporations, Concord.

Prosecutors also asked a judge to postpone the formal arraignment of Concord Management set for next week.
The prosecution team sought the delay on the grounds that it’s unclear whether Concord Management formally accepted the court summons related to the case. Mueller’s prosecutors also revealed that they tried to deliver the summonses for Concord and IRA through the Russian government, without success."
Oddly:
"Mueller’s team sent a copy of the formal summons to Dubelier and Seikaly and asked them to accept it on behalf of Concord Management, but Dubelier wrote back on Monday saying that the government’s attempt to serve the summons was defective under court rules. He did not elaborate."
So, it appears that the two attorneys appeared proclaiming to represent Concord, made discovery demands, but will not actually accept service on behalf of the corporation.
Many herein like to know about whom appointed judges: this Federal District Court Judge was appointed by President Trump.
So, the Judge has, without explanation, denied Mueller's request to hold off on the arraignment of Concord until such time as proper service is made on the corporation. As stated in the linked article:
,,,"the move appeared to be a bid to force Mueller’s team to turn over relevant evidence to the Russian firm and perhaps even to bait prosecutors into an embarrassing dismissal in order to avoid disclosing sensitive information."
So, for our Russian fans: the Russians are trying to obtain evidence through discovery, without the individuals or corporations involved being legally served. It is odd: one of the attorneys for Concord, as noted above, proclaims that Concord was not summoned properly, yet said attorney still wants to be able to conduct discovery.
Note that foreign corporations, if conducting business in the US, are required to have a duly authorized agent, at an official address, to accept service. However, an attorney retained by said corporation may accept service in place of the agent, thus waiving service on the corporate agent. They may do so even if the corporate client has no US address, but must be served in their home country; here, Russia.
It would certainly benefit the Russians, and certain Presidents of the United States (not to name names) to be able to discovery exactly what evidence Mueller has, without the Russians et al actually being at risk of liability, whether criminal or civil.
