Evidently they don’t need a summons. I will wait for disclosure to see what is made available, I haven’t heard any update.

Well evidently the judge will decide what they see. I'm surprised the law firm isn't also representing Putin's cook. I don't see any other claims that the company didn't exist.

They asked the judge for approval to review the instructions provided to the grand jury, saying they believed the case was deficient because Mueller lacked requisite evidence to show the company knowingly and “willfully” violated American laws.

The indictment said Concord was controlled by Russian businessman Evgeny Prigozhin, who U.S. officials have said has extensive ties to Russia’s military and political establishment.
Prigozhin, also personally charged by Mueller, has been dubbed “Putin’s cook” by Russian media because his catering business has organized banquets for Russian President Vladimir Putin and other senior political figures. He has been hit with sanctions by the U.S. government

Meh...

It's more upsetting that the Democrats and MSM colluded to rig the election against Sanders. This there is actual evidence of.

Concord the lawyers, asked for 70 years of intelligence data in discovery to show all the times the US, has done the same thing Russia did during the election.

I guess thats one of the reasons Mueller asked for extension..

So basically the “but, but, but Hillary!” defense? I doubt that is going to fly any better in a Federal Court than it does on these boards.

My guess is the judge will toss out much of what Concord is asking for.. since Concord is in fact working for the Russian government.
