Mueller must think he's the most powerful man on the planet. He'll try to indict and subpoena every living thing and hope he finds something.

He has nothing on Donald Trump and does not have the authority to subpeona the President of the United States. I really want Rudy Gulianni to tell that guy to go to hell.

I already covered how Mueller's team disregarded the federal rules pertaining to summons, and discovery.

Let me refresh your memory. Zero.
That's why Republicans are all about witch hunts ... they know how it works intimately and can't believe others wouldn't resort to it as well.

Jesse James and Al Capone had their admirers too, perhaps you feel the same way about them.

You people have a very warped sense of what it means to be a patriot, tearing down our country and it's democracy at every turn. This really hollows out your slogan 'Make America Great Again', a fake sentiment to go with your fake cause.

So, I've been beat up over this by the left as pro russia.....

Why? The left evidently does not want the truth? They are either guilty or not.....want to find out? Mueller evidently has the evidence.....should be a slam dunk.....

So, just so we are sure....the left (some) don't want the russians to testify or they are afraid that mueller may have nothing...WOW....feel sad for those on the left (some) but it's expected, when they don't want to find out what actually happened....
chuck is right here, if the russians are guilty then so be it. but its time to get to the truth here, and stop with the bull crap coming out of the special prosecutors office and from the media as well.

Did you notice that Mueller is kind of busy lately but you want to believe in the worst way that Mueller has nothing. They will have their day and the truth will come out we all want to hear the Russian explanation, if there is nothing then why didn't the company's executive show up for the hearing.
there was nothing sudden about the attorney from the russian company showing up and wanting a hearing. mueller got an indictment, that means he is ready to go to trial, suppsedly, which means he has his evidence and witnesses lined up ready to go. after the indictment was put out, the discovery process begins, o the defense knows the evidence against them, and the list of witnesses against them, so they can prepare a defense.

but since mueller is stonewalling the defense, and their discovery motion, the defense is now asking for a hearing for mueller to prove his reasons for the indictments, and show the evidence he has against the people in question, or prove to the judge in other ways that the indictment is truly valid. either way the defense legal team has a right to see any and all evidence against their client(s), as well as a list of witnesses against their client(s), so they can prepare their defense.

at this point is time mueller is the one refusing to follow the laws, and if he doesnt show good reason for the indictment, the judges in the cases will quash the indictments, not only on the one company that showed up, but the rest as well, which means mueller loses a lot of cases all at once, and he knows it.

so why isnt mueller ready right now? he is the one that should be ready to go to trial, and the defense should be asking for a delay in the hearing.

Mueller attempted to serve the summonses through the Russian government several months ago but they refused to act. Two lawyers show up and request extensive information for a hearing tomorrow. Concord hasn't even accepted the summons nor has the law firm claiming to represent them. Yes they have the right to see all evidence if in fact they are representing Concord but there are ongoing investigations and I'm sure it needs to be redacted.
