Puerto Rico is included in the 40 million Americans living in poverty, but of the total, how many illegal aliens are pushing up the poverty numbers in America which resulted from 8 years of obama catch and release programs.* Illegal aliens should not continue to use children as bait and then be reflected in the overall poverty levels of the U.S. as an excuse to allow open borders.**

You need to do your research. The vast majority of these people are from central America and are seeking asylum from the US. They are presenting themselves to boarder officials to be processed. They are not trying to sneak thru the boarder but hoping they are allowed into the country after being processed. We can debate if they should be allowed in or not but having a common set of facts is important.

I gave the answer. We do and always have separated American parents from their American kids anytime the parent is arrested for any reason, any misdemeanor. Why should we afford aliens an exception?
