Warning the parents that this is the consequence might cut down on parents bringing their kids across the border, but the criminals who are trafficking them across won't care.
I live in Mexico but have traveled to Guatemala quite a bit. I also have friends who have dual citizenship in US and El Salvador. The immigrants arriving to the US now are Central Americans who are fleeing oppressive regimes. They have a RIGHT to apply for refugee status and NOT be separated from their children. But trump's gestapo agents won't let them apply at the Border Stations. That is why they have to cross illegally.
If the US followed the law, these refugees would not be crossing illegally. FEW are part of human trafficking rings...they make their way in family groups from the same villages.

Where is Ivanka?

I thought family issues were in her "portfolio?”

There are no oppressive regimes that are not the responsibility of the citizens who allowed them. They exist with the support of those who agree with collectivism, socialism, unionism, and communism. When they end as they must, with societal disintegration, it is up to them to fix it. Not to come here, and bring the nanny state mentality to our voting booths in order to ultimately destroy us in the same way they allowed the destruction of their own home. Fix your home, don't bring the destruction elsewhere.

B*** S***! They can apply for refugee status in Mexico. Which is what they were supposed to do in the first place, instead of traveling through MX to the land of free ****.

At this point who knows?

Trump and the Republicans are badmouthing the FBI, undermining Special Counsel investigation, and claiming the President is above the rule of law.

1. Send them all back as a family and hope they stay put? or decide to come via legal channels?
2. Jail the kids with their parents?
3. Put the family up in a Ritz Carlton using tax payer funds to ensure their happiness?
Children shouldn't be used as political pawns, and children shouldn't be used as human shields.

President Donald J Trump is the only President in recent years with the balls to enforce the laws on the books.

Oh, but the heartstrings!

That little haiku is a perfect example of anti-borders emotional manipulation authored by often politically disingenuous liberals with deep ethnic concerns and personal interests that they feel are assisted by open borders.

These people are ruthless manipulators of the public faith, and underminers of the public good, for personal interest.

Let me illustrate.

Do you know who The New Colossus (the rap lyric that you just posted) it was written by?

That was written by a deeply committed ethno-nationalist Zionist named Emma Lazarus.

Lazarus had a deep personal interest in her admittance into the United States.

She wasn't a natural born citizen, and certainly was not a liberal, but instead was someone with a deep interest in receiving a personal benefit that would stem from more immigration of her people to the Unites States.

She later worked solely to help her people, and did not assimilate into the greater US in culture nor in who she worked to assist. Not unusual you say? I disagree.

Its somewhat unusual to pen a florid poem to immigration, which was later posted on the Statue of Liberty, and then work to solely assist your people and not to integrate. After all, a true liberal would do otherwise.

Still not unusual?

How about this. She is held to be one of the earliest, if not the first modern advocate for a Jewish homeland.

Now, whatever spin you might choose to engage in, sane and honest people know that such a deeply held ethno-nationalist position as wanting a homeland for only your people is directly contradictory to her (now revealed to be solely self interested and manipulative) poetic plea for immigration tolerance.

The woman who wrote that poem was not principled in the least, but rather a committed ethno-nationalist who would gladly seek to foist the opposite political ideology on foreigners when it was in her interest to do so.

So, yes, please post The New Colossus as frequently as you would like, so that we can continuously out the morality free hypocrisy of the Left wing politics in this nation, of its enablers, and of its beneficiaries.
Good post.
